As an experienced designer, I understand the critical role that intellectual property plays in our industry. That's why the mission of the European Union Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO) and its DesignEuropa Awards holds such significance for me. The EUIPO DesignEuropa Awards support and champion intellectual property rights, something that every designer should recognize as the true value of our work.

It's with immense pride that I reveal my invitation to serve on the jury for the prestigious DesignEuropa Awards. This role isn't just about acknowledging outstanding designs; it's about appreciating the uniqueness of ideas, the creative thought, and the intellectual property at the heart of each design.

Serving on the DesignEuropa Awards jury is a responsibility I undertake with utmost seriousness and humility. The task isn't simply to identify appealing aesthetics or useful functionality. As DesignEuropa Awards jurors, we look to celebrate designs that contribute to our industry's progress, inspire fellow creators, and set new standards—all while embodying a strong sense of originality and creativity, the cornerstones of intellectual property.

As a part of the DesignEuropa Awards journey, I am contributing to the mission of promoting and safeguarding designers' rights—an endeavor I am incredibly proud to be part of. This role resonates with me deeply, knowing that at the heart of the design profession lies the value of our unique concepts, our designs, and ultimately, our intellectual property.

Becoming a juror for the DesignEuropa Awards is a significant honor and an opportunity to spotlight and reward the intellectual contributions of Europe's most talented designers. It's an invitation to celebrate the uniqueness and intellectual property that we, as designers, bring to the market.

The mission of the EUIPO and the DesignEuropa Awards is to weave a stronger fabric for our creative industry, and I am genuinely thrilled to play a part in this endeavor.
